Allure Rules and Regulations

Unit Door Lock and emergency access:

Keys: Electronic door locks are permitted but must not be keyless. Unit Owners are required to
provide a key to the management office for emergency access. Access may also be necessary
for annual fire system inspections. 

Lock Appearance: Door locks must be silver in color. Any changes to door locks require prior
approval from the Board.
